What we check

About you
Your business
Anything already bugging you?

Optional. Pick any that apply — we’ll look harder there.

We only use these details to run your audit and reach you about it.

What we check

We test it the way your customers use it.

Six checks on your phones and chat, run from the outside the way a customer would. No logins, no installs, nothing for your team to prepare.

Pickup

How many rings before a person or a useful answer — at opening, at lunch, and during the rush.

Greeting

Whether the first ten seconds sound like your business or like a phone tree.

Hold

How long callers wait, and what they hear while they do.

Transfers

Whether a caller asking for a specific person or department actually gets there.

After hours

What a caller gets at 7pm on a Friday, on a weekend, and on a holiday.

Follow-up

How long a web chat, contact form, or voicemail waits for a reply — if it gets one.

What you get

A grade for every part of the call.

The leaks we found and what we’d fix first, walked through on a call with our team. If the fix is a setting on the system you already have, we’ll tell you.

Questions

Fair questions.

Is it really free?

Yes. The scorecard makes our case better than any sales call, so we don’t charge for it.

Will my staff know they’re being tested?

Only if you tell them. Most owners don’t — the point is to see exactly what a customer sees.

Do you record the calls?

No. We log times, outcomes, and what we heard. Your staff aren’t recorded.

Do I have to switch phone providers?

No. We’re not tied to any provider, and sometimes the best fix is a setting on the system you already pay for. If a switch does make sense, we’ll show you the options.

What happens after the walkthrough?

If you want help fixing what we found, we set up a scoping call, then send a written quote. If you don’t, that’s the end of it.
