  • How quickly are chat requests answered?

  • How does your chat widget get installed on my website?

      A small snippet of code is added to your site, which calls up the chat widget for visitors. It is an easy process that usually just requires a quick cut-and-paste. We can provide you instructions, or someone from our tech team can handle the install. It’s up to you. 

  • Do you charge by the minute?

      No. With our pay-per-lead model we bill for tangible results, not minutes. Your plan will cover a certain number of qualified leads that can be captured, or appointments scheduled, each month. Anything over that number is also billed per qualified lead/appointment.

  • What constitutes a qualified lead?

      A lead or appointment is considered qualified if it meets 3 criteria. 1) The individual provides genuine contact information. 2) They are interested in your products or services. 3) They reside in the geographic area that you service. 

  • What happens with other chats such as customer service questions?

      Our agents will still take the customer’s information and details about their inquiry, and forward it to you. We just don’t bill you for it. This is a courtesy that we consider part of the overall service.

  • Are there any long-term contracts involved?

      No. We bill monthly, and you can cancel service at any time.
